I have been intrigued by Liz Gilbert and her strong drive towards self-acceptance and efficacy. In her memoir Eat Pray Love, the author traveled to different countries after her divorce and discovered herself again. The movie Eat Pray Love is still popular with the face of Julia Robert after a decade in cinema. In Asia, the influence of the movie is so real that people forget Julia played the character of Liz. Most of my friends who were born in the ’80s watched the adaptation and hoped that one day they would go to the ashram in India and meet the love of their lives in Bali.

When I heard that she started as a fiction author, my curiosity drove me to listen to her podcasts when I jogged in the morning. You can also find her presence in tons of speaking engagements on YouTube. Among them all, I would rank this video as the most structured and light insight if you want to dig deeper into becoming.
